Requirements

  • Arts (MD) with experience in Internal Medicine and/or Cardiology
  • Knowledge of diabetes, up to expertise in cardiovascular and lipid areas
  • Fluently speaks Dutch and English
  • Resides in the Netherlands

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support Thought Leader relationships within Lilly Nederland's CMH business unit by anticipating and addressing customer needs (payers, patients, HCPs) and translating them into action plans
  • Contribute to the development of the medical strategy supporting commercialization activities of Lilly’s CMH portfolio, aligned with local and international Medical Affairs ambitions
  • Serve as the source of authority on scientific knowledge of the portfolio; train colleagues in involved teams
  • Provide scientific and creative input, and contribute to the development, review, and approval of promotional materials
  • Support global clinical studies locally within cardiometabolic health
  • Identify and understand the potential of local independent research strategically aligned with Lilly's global clinical research program in cardiometabolic health
  • Play a key role in supporting the planning of symposia, organizing advisory boards, and facilitating other meetings with healthcare providers
