Requirements

BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience (MA in Taxation or CPA preferred)
5+ years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm and/or tax department of a large multinational corporation
High proficiency in Excel
Knowledge in finance software such as SAP
Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Preparing and coordinating completion of the US federal and state income tax returns, including calculating book-tax differences, fixed asset adjustments, and return to provision analysis
Liaising with other departments to gather information for tax return and tax provision preparation
Assisting with ongoing system implementation
Identifying and assisting in implementing process improvements
Researching various tax issues as needed
Supporting the domestic tax team with ad hoc projects
