Requirements

Degree in Accountancy
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Preferably with some external audit handling experience
Produce timely and accurate work in monthly closing process
Strong financial analytical & reporting skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and self-motivated
Must have knowledge of Accounting Software. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
English language skill is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Processing. Maintain daily cash management and cash forecasting
Accounts Receivable Processing. Maintain daily cash management and cash forecasting
General Ledger Processing. Responsible for GL accounting transactions, JVs and accounts analysis and reconciliation
Assets Capitalization and Depreciation processing
Responsible for Balance Sheet analysis and RCM accounts analysis schedules
Responsible for Intercompany Reconciliation to ensure that intercompany transactions are accurately recorded and balance and that any discrepancies or errors are identified and corrected
Maintain and provide proper accounting records for Internal reporting, VAT reporting, Corporate Income Tax reporting and External auditing
Liaise with external/internal auditors, external tax agents and government authorities
Ensure compliance with Company’s Corporate Accounting policies and procedures, as well as local statutory financial requirements
Monthly OneStream Reporting and month end Reconciliation
Business partnering by supporting Leadership and Commercial teams on FP&A analysis
Product Costing and monthly variance reviews
Work closely with the APAC finance teams to achieve Company goals and objectives
Support miscellaneous adhoc assignments and finance transformation projects
