5+ years of IT project management experience
PMP or other project management certification
Experience using PMBOK or similar methodologies in project phases (architecture, development, integration, deployment)
Experience with general estimation and project management tools
Ability to multitask and switch between tasks quickly
Flexible and creative thinking with problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Business-level English proficiency

Responsibilities

Lead small- to medium-scale one or multiple projects, defining projects, schedules, budgets, and goals, and executing them
Create detailed work instruction documents and obtain stakeholder agreement and approval on various project aspects, making adjustments as needed
Participate in delivery assurance reviews to confirm compliance with project management policies and procedures
Lead project team members, facilitate communication, and ensure understanding of deadlines, assignments, and objectives; perform hands-on work as needed
Supervise project deliverables, managing cost, schedule, and quality
Monitor schedules and budgets, making corrections as necessary
Continuously review project status, identify potential risks, recommend mitigation solutions, and implement them appropriately
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to manage changes to technical requirements, business requirements, and schedules; provide opinions on necessary changes based on current status
Manage customer and project team expectations through project metrics acquisition and provision; recommend changes or alternatives based on performance and metrics
Supervise project assignees, assign work, provide instructions on timeliness and completion of project goals, address performance issues per guidelines, and provide performance information at project completion
