Requirements

  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail skills required
  • Billing experience required
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification or be able to acquire
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with specific attention to detail
  • Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check & drug screen
  • Eligible to work in the US (role not eligible for visa sponsorship such as H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc.)
  • Ability to work hybrid onsite in Charlotte, NC three days a week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Responsibilities

  • Manage all 3rd party vendor billing and ensuring the timely processing and payment of invoices, to align with applicable contracts
  • Manage team member’s schedule
  • Produce and manage all team policies and procedures
  • Oversee and track the progress of all team initiatives and projects
  • Coordinate and manage travel of senior security team members as needed
  • Coordinate annual training
  • Schedule and facilitate recurring monthly meetings
  • Coordination and management of the security functions
  • Maintain quarterly and annual team metrics
  • Other assignments / tasks as needed
