Requirements

High school diploma required; higher education preferred
Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail skills required
Billing experience required
Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
Current CPR and First Aid certification or be able to acquire
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with specific attention to detail
Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check & drug screen
Eligible to work in the US (role not eligible for visa sponsorship such as H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc.)
Ability to work hybrid onsite in Charlotte, NC three days a week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Responsibilities

Manage all 3rd party vendor billing and ensuring the timely processing and payment of invoices, to align with applicable contracts
Manage team member’s schedule
Produce and manage all team policies and procedures
Oversee and track the progress of all team initiatives and projects
Coordinate and manage travel of senior security team members as needed
Coordinate annual training
Schedule and facilitate recurring monthly meetings
Coordination and management of the security functions
Maintain quarterly and annual team metrics
Other assignments / tasks as needed
