Responsibilities

Implement and maintain privacy and security governance frameworks in collaboration with Legal, HR, IT, and the CISO office
Draft, update, and enforce data handling, retention, and classification policies according to internal standards such as 980-04-11 and the Internal Privacy Policy
Conduct privacy risk assessments, manage access governance controls, and support internal audits and external regulatory reviews
Contribute to breach response procedures, including documentation, notification workflows, and root cause analysis
Deliver role-based training and awareness campaigns to promote a culture of privacy and security across departments
Partner with platform teams to integrate governance controls into tooling and automation
