Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain privacy and security governance frameworks in collaboration with Legal, HR, IT, and the CISO office
  • Draft, update, and enforce data handling, retention, and classification policies according to internal standards such as 980-04-11 and the Internal Privacy Policy
  • Conduct privacy risk assessments, manage access governance controls, and support internal audits and external regulatory reviews
  • Contribute to breach response procedures, including documentation, notification workflows, and root cause analysis
  • Deliver role-based training and awareness campaigns to promote a culture of privacy and security across departments
  • Partner with platform teams to integrate governance controls into tooling and automation
