Requirements

Successful completion of the §34a GewO examination
Additional qualifications in first aid and/or fire protection are desirable
At least 2 years of professional experience in dealing with people and in administrative tasks
Team player with a high level of performance
Physically and mentally resilient
Willingness to participate in internal Zalando training courses (communication basics, evacuation helper, first aid, fire safety)

Responsibilities

First point of contact for employees regarding security matters
Ensure proper execution of security-related processes through administrative tasks
Monitor the building using video surveillance systems
Manage access rights for employees, guests, and external partners
Coordinate external rescue and security services during alarm events and implement protective measures
Implement theft prevention measures
Secure evidence and create reports in case of violations
Observe suspicious individuals and intervene in criminal activities
Provide first aid and initiate fire protection measures when needed
Secure critical conversations and conduct control rounds with reporting
Perform service tasks such as creating employee IDs, managing lost and found items, and supporting onboarding
Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and continuously develop knowledge and skills to improve security processes
