Experience in AI security, hardening ML infrastructure, and managing competing efforts within a fast-growing SaaS startup environment is also valued. Proficiency in Python and Go for developing product security features is necessary.
The Security Engineer will be responsible for detecting, defending against, and responding to security threats to Cresta and its customers. This includes supporting various audit processes such as SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001/27701/42001, PCI-DSS, TISAX, and HIPAA through technical controls and evidence. The role involves performing security audits of products and cloud infrastructure, remediating identified security risks, improving and monitoring the vulnerability management program, and developing internal tooling and automation.
