Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in security, DevOps, or SRE. A strong understanding of security architecture, cloud automation, and Infrastructure as Code is required. Proficiency in tools like OpenTOFU/Terraform, AWS CDK, SIEM, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and AWS security services is necessary. Knowledge of computer networking, Linux, and scripting languages such as Python and Bash is also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English are required, along with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.

Responsibilities

The Security Engineer will be responsible for security monitoring and alerting across various infrastructures, evolving monitoring systems, and leveraging Infrastructure as Code for cloud environments. They will participate in incident response procedures, guide infrastructure teams on hardening and vulnerability mitigation, and advise on security guidelines and best practices. Additionally, they will integrate threat modeling into the software development lifecycle to identify and mitigate security risks.
