Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, strong knowledge of modern DevSecOps principles, and experience securing applications in healthcare, specifically with ePHI and HIPAA compliance. Familiarity with Google Assured Workloads, GCP, GKE, and AWS environments is also required.
The Security Engineer will continuously monitor infrastructure and application surfaces for threats and vulnerabilities, own and evolve the security architecture across cloud platforms, review and secure infrastructure changes, develop and lead incident response efforts, conduct red-team exercises, correlate data for anomaly detection, perform penetration testing, secure product-layer surfaces, integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines, maintain compliance documentation, and collaborate with engineering on secure coding practices and threat modeling.
