Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (8+ years preferred in development, integration, and troubleshooting of SailPoint IIQ products)
SailPoint IIQ Developer skills, expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Experience in Java & BeanShell programming for SailPoint IIQ integrations
Experience in identity lifecycle management concepts and implementations (Joiner/Mover/Leaver, role-based access provisioning)
Experience with access reviews and re-certifications
Experience in SailPoint Development, including writing workflows, rules, and preparing forms
Ability to set up applications, aggregations, and tasks
Strong background with Java, Unix, and SQL commands
Good understanding of scripting to automate tasks
Hands-on experience in SailPoint development and implementation
Practical knowledge and experience with Identity Management technologies
Knowledge of business process analysis and data analysis
Ability to understand business impact and requirements and translate them into system security architecture and engineering design

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging global delivery capabilities (method, tools, training, assets)
Oversee coordination with various teams to ensure projects are on track
Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and provide effective solutions
Mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment
Adapt to changing project requirements and maintain focus on delivering exceptional security services
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary
