Strong analytical skills to assess security incidents and recommend appropriate actions

Ability to design and implement security policies and procedures

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging global delivery capabilities (methods, tools, training, assets)
Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful execution of security initiatives
Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives and integrate security measures into business strategy
Monitor project progress, address challenges, and provide guidance to team members
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on security objectives
Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellence in security service delivery
