Minimum 7.5 years of experience

Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards

Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects using global delivery capabilities (method, tools, training, assets)
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in security practices
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate with various teams for successful project execution
Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and provide guidance on security best practices
Ensure security measures are integrated into the project lifecycle and projects meet quality and security standards
