Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ
Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of identity governance and administration
Experience with access management and role-based access control
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security best practices
Ability to analyze and optimize identity management processes
15 years full time education
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging global delivery capabilities (method, tools, training, assets)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary
Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project execution
Engage with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables
Ensure security measures are effectively integrated into the project framework
Address challenges during project execution and foster a collaborative environment
