Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in RSA Archer Platform Administration
5-7 years of relevant experience in Archer GRC implementation
Archer administration certification 5.x/6.x
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent (15 years full-time education)
Knowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting (plus)
Experience in other GRC tools like ServiceNow, MetricStream, Bwise (plus)
Prior experience in audit, risk management, governance, IT security, and/or compliance functions (plus)
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of security processes
Very good communication and customer management skills
Excellent command of English (verbal/written)
Ability to work with a global team
Well-organized team worker with strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals
Document the implementation of cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations
Design, configuration, and delivery of Archer solutions and 3rd party integrations
Development, administration, and support of the Archer Platform (including screen design, data fields, calculations, workflows, integrations)
Work with Business Analysts/business/technical partners to translate business requirements into technology/functional solutions
Installation, configuration, customization of Archer GRC Platform
Create high & low-level technical design documents and architecture for RSA-Archer deployment
Create ODAs (on-demand applications) and utilities on Archer platform
Upgrade RSA-Archer from previous version to latest version
Handle production support activities of Archer
Integration of RSA-Archer with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms
Create data upload/mail merge templates for automated data feeds
Performance management of RSA-Archer platform
Participate in workflow analysis and workflow redesign
Participate in rapid prototyping activities in real-time with clients to configure the RSA Archer platform
Produce detailed technical design document and effort estimation for proposals
Handle day-to-day Archer POC, demo, client Archer design, development, testing, deployment, and problem solving
Convert business requirements into Archer solutions
Supply recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development/architecture of the Archer platform
Build reusable solution components and work with onshore/offshore consultants for configuration and integration specifications
