Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in Network Security Operations
15 years full time education
Seasoned Cybersecurity professional with program management skills
Technical expertise in Firewall, Proxy, Azure, AWS, WAF, EDR (MS Defender, CrowdStrike), Email Security
Proficiency in Network Security Operations (Must Have)
Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks
Experience with security compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST
Familiarity with security tools and technologies for threat detection and response
Ability to analyze security incidents and develop mitigation strategies
Experience in network security or cybersecurity governance
Good understanding of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS
Excellent spoken and written communication, stakeholder management skills
Experienced in managing team members efficiently

Responsibilities

Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals
Document the implementation of cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations
Develop and maintain network and cloud security policies, standards, and procedures in line with regulatory and organizational requirements
Conduct security assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for gaps identified in network and cloud architecture
Monitor compliance with internal and external security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure network and cloud architecture and operations
Participate in audits and reviews of network and cloud security controls and configurations
Track emerging threats and update governance frameworks accordingly
Reporting and Communication to all stakeholders
