Candidates should possess U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with at least 5 years of experience in security accreditation programs, particularly with DoD and Federal Civilian authorizations such as FedRAMP and DISA ATO. Strong understanding of Risk Management Frameworks (RMF) and experience working with 3PAOs are essential, as is the ability to manage complex timelines and documentation.
The Security Accreditations Program Manager will develop and execute strategic pathways for acquiring and maintaining critical DoD and Federal Civilian authorizations, acting as the key facilitator and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. They will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage program timelines and risks, ensure timely submission of documentation, and collaborate with the Product Compliance team on security controls. Furthermore, they will coordinate and prepare internal teams for audits, provide ongoing training, and proactively identify and communicate action items to relevant teams and leadership.
