Requirements

Prior warehouse experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly process shipments and stay organized under pressure
Strong accountability and attention to detail
Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills
Willingness to adapt and support different service areas as needed
Ability to lift, pull, and move packages ranging from 5 to 100 pounds (with reasonable accommodation)

Responsibilities

Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members
Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track
Monitor the delivery dock and assist with unloading trucks, pallets, and shipments
Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational
Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules
