A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role with proven excellence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and comfort with technology, particularly in e-commerce, are essential. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and a commitment to continuous improvement are also necessary.
The Seasonal Customer Service Team Lead will provide daily support, subject matter expertise, and real-time coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include motivating the team, monitoring communications, answering questions, providing feedback, prioritizing contacts, and managing queues to meet SLA targets. The role involves navigating financial transactions, handling escalations, approving service recovery requests, staying updated on product and policy knowledge, and collaborating with the Team Supervisor on coaching, quality assurance, CSAT, and productivity. The Team Lead will also promote a positive team environment and may assist with answering customer contacts and ad hoc projects as needed.
