  • Achieve class revenue goals through high enrollment, positive reviews, guest return rates, and KPIs like second-class sign-ups, retail sales, and Google reviews
  • Assist with class setup and breakdown, including mise en place, ingredient prep, cleaning workstations, dishes, and equipment
  • Restock, organize, and maintain kitchen supplies and tools for store readiness
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, handle tools/ingredients/equipment safely, maintain inventory, minimize shrink, and control expenses
  • Handle liquor, wine, and beer in compliance with regulations and enforce age restrictions
  • Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and address maintenance needs promptly
