Requirements

Candidates should have a degree from an engineering school or equivalent (Bac + 5) and at least 4 years of experience in Agile methodologies. Experience in managing projects using Agile, SCRUM, SaFE, or Kanban is required, along with fluent English speaking skills. The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator, capable of maintaining a good relationship with the Product Owner and providing quality reporting.

Responsibilities

The Scrum Master will prepare and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. They will track team activity using JIRA Tempo, prepare and lead weekly meetings, and prepare weekly highlights in coordination with the Product Owner. Responsibilities also include following up on action plans from retrospectives, assisting with story refinement, and ensuring the Scrum method is followed effectively by all team members.
