Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management
Minimum 15 years of full-time education
Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management practices
Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, MSWB)
Ability to interpret and leverage Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Agile project management practices
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices
Encourage team ownership, collaboration, and consensus-driven decision-making
Coordinate across multiple teams to drive performance and deliver business value
Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for escalations and key decisions impacting delivery
Identify and remove impediments to maintain continuous delivery and avoid delays
Enable cross-team problem solving by engaging relevant stakeholders and support functions
Promote transparency and alignment through effective communication with stakeholders
Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to monitor team health and identify improvement areas
Support release activities, ensuring dependencies and deliverables are managed effectively
Assist in securing necessary system and tool access for teams to ensure smooth execution
