Requirements

4 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or RTE, preferably in FinTech or highly regulated industries
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and proven ability to implement at scale
Track record of driving measurable efficiency improvements (e.g., reduction in cycle time, faster defect resolution, automated reporting)
Excellent facilitation and servant-leadership skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or RTE certification preferred

Responsibilities

Guide teams in applying Agile/SAFe practices, ensuring alignment with business priorities in a regulated FinTech environment
Facilitate Iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Coach Product Owners, Developers, and QA on Agile mindset, transparency, and accountability
Identify delivery bottlenecks and introduce AI-powered solutions (e.g., backlog refinement automation, predictive analytics for velocity, GenAI for documentation/test generation)
Partner with Engineering and Business stakeholders to ensure compliance, risk management, and value delivery
Track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate not just throughput but efficiency gains and cost/time savings
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, leveraging AI to measure and continuously improve productivity
Promote knowledge sharing across Agile Release Trains, Solution Trains, and leadership teams
