Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Guide and support software teams in adopting and continuously improving Agile practices
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Project Managers to ensure effective sprint execution and cross-functional coordination
  • Identify and help remove obstacles that may hinder team progress
  • Maintain and refine workflows in Jira (or equivalent), ensuring process transparency and alignment
  • Support hybrid Agile/waterfall coordination between software, hardware, and integration teams
  • Monitor Agile metrics and team dashboards to track progress and drive continuous improvement
