Requirements

Responsibilities

The Scientist, Tech Transfer will independently design and execute experiments to optimize production workflows for SynBio, NGS Kits, and IgG labs, ensuring enhanced efficiency, quality, and scalability. They will initiate and lead the drafting of technical documents, including training documents, analyze complex data sets, engage with internal teams to troubleshoot and improve processes, and lead projects as a technical expert in RnD/PD meetings. The role also involves routinely using available literature and background knowledge to inform technical decisions, documenting experimental results in electronic lab notebooks, and adhering to regulatory standards and ISO 13485 guidelines.
