Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, performing under pressure while handling multiple projects, and maintaining accurate records following Good Laboratory Practices are key.
Candidates with proven ability to operate and troubleshoot Mass Spec instrumentation, initiative in process improvements, and experience in analytical method development will stand out.
