A Bachelor's degree in lab sciences such as biology, biochemistry, immunology, chemistry, molecular biology or similar is required, along with previous experience comparable to 2+ years or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Responsibilities include performing complex sample preparation and analysis, collaborating with multiple functional groups, planning and organizing work, setting up analytical instrumentation, training team members, and reviewing data for quality and compliance.
You'll work in a multi-functional environment supporting drug development, collaborating in cross-functional teams, using innovation, partnership, creative problem-solving, and state-of-the-art technology, while adhering to quality standards like ALCOA+.
Strong candidates have a relevant Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of comparable experience in sample preparation and analysis, skills in analytical instrumentation, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and commitment to quality, accuracy, safety, and compliance.
