Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles

  • Deep understanding of planning, financial principles, and budgeting processes

Responsibilities

  • Develop project planning using P6 or MS Project, establishing the baseline for economic and progress work monitoring
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage project changes to minimize their impact on the overall schedule
  • Analyze project data to identify variances, communicating corrective actions as necessary to maintain on schedule targets
  • Attend meetings to oversee and validate third-party schedules to ensure project objectives are met
  • Support the management team (or Project Manager) in tracking project timelines, remaining cost estimate, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Analyze project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management, enabling informed decision-making and risk mitigation
