Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, schedule and financial modeling
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
Proficiency in ERP systems (Navision, Business Central)
Deep understanding of planning, financial principles, and budgeting processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Develop project planning using P6 or MS Project, establishing the baseline for economic and progress work monitoring
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Manage project changes to minimize their impact on the overall schedule
Analyze project data to identify variances, communicating corrective actions as necessary to maintain on schedule targets
Attend meetings to oversee and validate third-party schedules to ensure project objectives are met
Support the management team (or Project Manager) in tracking project timelines, remaining cost estimate, deliverables, and resource allocation
Analyze project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management, enabling informed decision-making and risk mitigation
