Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops with PMO and business stakeholders to capture portfolio and project governance requirements
  • Configure SAP PPM elements including portfolio buckets, items, scoring models, prioritisation rules, and resource planning
  • Deliver dashboards and reporting for portfolio performance, spend vs. budget, and project health
  • Ensure integration with Project System (PS), Commercial Project Management (CPM), and Finance (FI/CO)
  • Support functional specifications for WRICEF developments in reporting, workflow, and approvals
  • Participate in SIT/UAT cycles, cutover rehearsals, and go-live support
  • Provide knowledge transfer to PMO teams on portfolio governance and reporting capabilities
