Strong functional expertise in SAP PPM within S/4HANA
Hands-on configuration of portfolio buckets, items, scoring models, prioritisation frameworks
Understanding of portfolio governance, approvals, and resource planning processes

Knowledge of SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) or embedded analytics for portfolio reporting desirable

Strong engagement skills with PMO, Finance, and executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

Conduct workshops with PMO and business stakeholders to capture portfolio and project governance requirements
Configure SAP PPM elements including portfolio buckets, items, scoring models, prioritisation rules, and resource planning
Deliver dashboards and reporting for portfolio performance, spend vs. budget, and project health
Ensure integration with Project System (PS), Commercial Project Management (CPM), and Finance (FI/CO)
Support functional specifications for WRICEF developments in reporting, workflow, and approvals
Participate in SIT/UAT cycles, cutover rehearsals, and go-live support
Provide knowledge transfer to PMO teams on portfolio governance and reporting capabilities
