Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the P2P space (Accounts Payable, VDM, or Banking) is required, with at least 5 years in a lead role. Extensive knowledge of the SAP S4 Hana platform, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on complex issues are essential. Proven initiative, collaboration with cross-functional teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of successfully leading and implementing projects are also required. Preferred qualifications include professional degrees, certifications, and experience in SAP consulting & implementation with large global organizations.
Responsibilities
The SAP HANA FICO-Accounts Payables VDM will design and lead the implementation of Accounts Payable, Banking, and VDM systems and processes. Responsibilities include conducting process and systems design reviews, engaging with end users, analyzing project impacts for country-specific compliance, and advocating for business requirements during IT implementation. The role involves identifying and addressing process challenges, validating interlocks and interfaces, conducting in-depth analysis of complex requirements, and formulating solutions. Initiating automation to reduce manual touchpoints, collaborating with departments like IT, Finance, Tax, and Operations, and providing support for SOX controls and other compliance requirements are also key duties.
