Requirements

Overall SAP experience of 10+ Years with minimum 3 Years in SAP GTS
Must have gone through at least 2 full life cycle SAP GTS implementations
At least 2 full cycle SAP GTS implementations involving compliance management, customs management, and risk management
Must have SAP GTS hands-on experience in Version 10.0 & above
Hands-on experience of SAP GTS on HANA (E4H) preferred
In-depth knowledge of SPL Screening
International trade knowledge on legal regulations
Project-specific experience involving SAP-GTS integration
Understand GTS integration points with ECC, including ECC configurations influencing GTS
End-to-end implementation experience in OTC (SAP-SD)
Good understanding of project management methodology
Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead SAP GTS support & projects
Manage SAP GTS support, including 24x7 support, continuous improvement, governance reporting, and KPI performance
Provide advisory implementation guidance to customers as required
Closely work with customers on GTS implementation projects
Manage SAP GTS team and associated skill resources
Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project evaluations with proposed solutions
Support solution development for SAP GTS as required
