Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in S/4 HANA Finance and proven participation in large size projects with a delivery coordination role is a plus. A core finance background with certification in S/4 HANA Finance or any automation/innovation tool is preferred. Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on S/4HANA implementations and configurations is required, along with proficiency in managing and maintaining master data within ERP systems such as SAP. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially in master data modules, and a solid understanding of core SAP S/4HANA modules like SAP FI, SAP CO, and SAP AA is essential. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, configuration, and system integration, as well as business process modeling and optimization using S/4HANA, is also necessary.
The SAP Functional Analyst will collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into SAP requirements for SAP S/4HANA. They will maintain master data within SAP ERP systems, conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications. The role involves implementing business-approved configurations, performing gap analysis, and supporting the integration of S/4HANA with other systems. Additionally, they will develop test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing with business users. The analyst will validate that SAP S/4HANA configurations meet business requirements, document system processes and configurations, and provide ongoing support to ensure business users are proficient in using SAP S/4HANA.
