Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in data migration or ETL projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Syniti Data Migration tools
- Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and database management
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in global teams
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data migration strategies using Syniti tools (DSP, ADM, Collect, Construct, etc.)
- Analyze legacy data and map it to target ERP systems
- Develop and execute ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Create and maintain data load programs and migration templates
- Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve data issues
- Document migration processes and maintain compliance with data governance standards
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing
