Requirements

  • In final year of study or recently graduated with a strong academic background
  • Highly collaborative approach to work
  • High proficiency in English (any other languages is a plus)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong financial modeling knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Build deep long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with clients in four groups: Large Corporates; Multinational Corporations; Financial Institutions and Financial Sponsors
  • Promote and provide to current and future clients the products, services, and expertise of Santander CIB spanning across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, and Markets
  • Gain hands-on experience in different projects while training on technical and interpersonal skills
  • Participate in exciting projects and initiatives as part of the international Grads community
  • Work alongside a diverse team of global professionals, with flexibility to travel abroad according to role requirements
