Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
Previous sanitation experience within a warehouse environment, highly preferred
Ability to talk or hear regularly
Ability to use hands and fingers with controlled dexterity to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls frequently
Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and taste/smell often
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities

Remove all trash and debris from the warehouse and dock areas
Clean up any spills of product or other foreign matter
Operate power scrubber, sweeper, walk behind scrubber, and other warehouse equipment
Clean warehouse walls, floors, racking, doors, etc
Clean facility building, grounds, lighting, parking lots, etc
Sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and locker rooms
Follow the daily schedule as assigned by the supervisor to ensure a continuous sanitation maintenance program
Maintain the warehouse in a clean and safe working environment
Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor
Perform the job following Preferred Work Methods (PWM)
