Responsibilities

Organize sample demand information
Receive raw materials and finished products
Dispense sample materials according to demand orders and planner's sample issuance plan
Maintain and manage dispensing documents
Prepare materials according to sample shipment plan and dispatch them to ensure timely customer pickup
Maintain and manage shipment documents
Arrange handling of various materials, verifying variety, specifications, quantity, etc
Place materials neatly by variety, specifications, classification, and positioning during handling
Ensure materials are placed neatly during handling, not stacked too high, with leads not exposed, to prevent damage
Ensure accuracy of all documents for material receipt, issuance, inbound, and outbound
