Responsibilities

Organize sample demand information
Receive raw materials and finished products
Collect sample materials according to demand orders
Issue sample materials based on the planner's sample issuance plan
Maintain and manage material issuance documents
Prepare materials and ship according to sample shipment plan
Ensure customers pick up goods on time
Maintain and manage shipment documents
Arrange handling of various materials and verify their type, specifications, quantity, etc
Place materials neatly by type, specifications, classification, and designated positions
During handling, ensure materials are placed neatly, not stacked too high, wires not exposed, etc., to prevent damage
Ensure accuracy of all receipt/issuance, in/out warehouse documents, etc
