Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on technical applications and end-to-end project implementations, including integrations with systems like SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics. A strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture, integration architecture, CI/CD solutions, and PaaS/IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure is required. Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce is necessary, along with Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect). Full English proficiency and the ability to travel internationally are also mandatory.
The Technical Architect will act as a customer-facing resource, discussing reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports that provide data visibility. They will review business reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications, providing insights on the best methods for building reports and dashboards. Responsibilities include developing dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to support business requirements, establishing best practices and standards for dataflow, lens, and dashboard development and deployment, and setting operations and refresh standards based on a globally aligned data strategy.
