Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Salesforce and Contracting technologies, including CLM
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Contracting solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on CLM
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Integrate Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and trends in Contracting technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Contracting solutions on Salesforce
- Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices
- Oversee TPA, AMA, MyCDA, CLM and DocuSign architecture needs
- Be the chief technology expert for all these applications
