Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Salesforce and Contracting technologies, including CLM
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Contracting solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on CLM
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure best practices are followed
  • Integrate Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and trends in Contracting technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Contracting solutions on Salesforce
  • Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices
  • Oversee TPA, AMA, MyCDA, CLM and DocuSign architecture needs
  • Be the chief technology expert for all these applications
