Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
Minimum work experience of 8+ years in Salesforce.com application development
Salesforce.com CPQ implementation and support experience
Proficient with Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Component development and JavaScript
Good understanding of Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics and Community Cloud

Responsibilities

Interact with end users and super users in the Commercial Operations organization (Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Care) to understand their business requirements
Develop solution proposals to address requirements based on standard or customized functionality in the Salesforce application
Be a functional expert in Lead and Account Management, Opportunity Management, Configure Price & Quote (CPQ) and Service Management
For approved projects/enhancements, manage the delivery through all stages: detail design, development, test, user acceptance testing and promotion to production, following Cepheid’s policies and procedures
Work with/manage offshore resources for projects/enhancements when required
Provide overall mentorship regarding strategies and techniques for the Salesforce product solutions
Work with both Business and IT team members to detail and ensure product solutions support business needs, follow strong architectural principles, use system resources efficiently, and integrate cleanly with the user interface and server components of the Salesforce applications and technical architecture
