Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Experience Architect focused on Agentforce and AI, you will be responsible for leading and building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented AI team to delight customers. This position is focused on solution design, architecture, and execution for GenAI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert.
• Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals.
• Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence.
• Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
• Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
  • 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Skills:
  • Ability to drive requirement gathering.
  • Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
    • Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms
    • Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
  • Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart).
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end-user experiences.
  • Willing and eager learner of new technologies.
  • Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions.

Interview Process:

• Recruiter Screen (phone) - 30 minutes: Introductory conversation to discuss the role and your experience.
• Technical / Skills Interview (Video) - 45 minutes: Designed to assess your problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, and how you apply those skills in practical situations. You can expect a combination of questions that relate directly to the role's requirements.
