Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least four years of hands-on Salesforce application development experience. They should hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or higher, and demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, code documentation, and test classes.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Developer, the individual will be responsible for developing efficient and quality code supported by the Salesforce platform, collaborating with technical leads to understand codebase requirements and develop per specification. They will also conduct product demonstrations in Sprint Reviews, actively participate in scrum ceremonies, respond to Production disruptions, resolve issues, and contribute to technical documentation. Furthermore, they will analyze business needs, design tailored solutions using Salesforce products and platform capabilities, potentially involving customizing applications and integrating third-party systems, while continuously learning about the latest Salesforce features and updates.
