Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in Salesforce with strong English communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations
  • Exposure to Scrum/Agile product development
  • Proficiency in APEX, VisualForce, LWC, and process automation using Flows and Triggers
  • Declarative customization, including Flow, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Reports, and Dashboards
  • Experience migrating data to Salesforce using Data Loader and advanced SOQL
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
  • Experience developing for Lightning App Builder, Aura Lightning Components, and LWC
  • Familiarity with common JavaScript frameworks
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
  • Knowledge of web services development using REST API
  • Desired Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce AI Associate

Responsibilities

  • Configure and build new or enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs, etc., while adhering to Salesforce best practices
  • Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards
  • Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the lifecycle to identify issues and defects
  • Perform application maintenance and adhere to ITIL processes
