Requirements

• Years of Experience: 12+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, with a total of 14+ years of overall IT experience.
• Salesforce Clouds: Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Clouds including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Exposure to Automotive Cloud and Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
• Omnichannel Implementations: Extensive knowledge of Omnichannel implementations within Salesforce.
• Salesforce Development: Proven experience with Flows, Apex, Triggers, Salesforce CLI (sf command line tools), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration (Object Management, Security Profiles, App/Lightning Page Management).
• Data Architecture: Experience in delivering successful Salesforce Data Architecture and decomposing pre-existing data architecture from neighboring systems.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Strong experience in the software development process, including Analysis, Design, Coding, Unit Testing, Problem/Defect Resolution, and Planning.
• Integration: Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party APIs.
• Testing: Extensive Salesforce testing knowledge beyond unit testing, including experience with test cases and scenarios.
• Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Release Management & DevOps: Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce release management and DevOps tools such as ANT, Change Set, and Flossum. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Gearset pipelines is beneficial.
• Data Management: Very good understanding and hands-on experience with Data Loader and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
• Communication & Leadership: Very good communication skills with the ability to lead small teams and report progress.
• Design Skills: Strong design skills and the ability to architect solutions considering multiple implementation scenarios.
• Scalability & Translation: Qualified individuals with strong development experience in LWCs, Experience Cloud, Platform Events, and other scalable platform features are highly desirable. Multi-language experience is critical for building components with translation support (e.g., Custom Labels).
• Source Control: Non-negotiable experience leveraging source control and related tooling (e.g., ANT and Change Sets) for developing and deploying changes within Salesforce.
