Responsibilities

  • Support the Atlas Sales/Distribution team throughout client transactions and lifecycle processes
  • Engage in client onboarding/setup, trade affirmation, child account allocations, and end of day break reconciliation
  • Develop and enhance processes to deliver value and positive outcomes for clients
  • Assist with trade capture and lifecycle management, integrated within COO, Banking, and Trading/Sales teams
  • Manage sales allocations and client maintenance for SP Sales and Distribution teams
  • Ensure clients are onboarded timely and accurately
  • Gain exposure across multiple asset classes within the securitized products landscape
  • Operate cross-functionally to ensure downstream processing stakeholders receive timely and accurate trade information
  • Provide premier support services to internal and external clients
  • Lead initiatives on streamlining operational capabilities and creating process efficiencies
  • Participate in new business strategies regarding pre- and post-trade execution, accurate front-to-back flow, and valuations
  • Maintain proper controls such as FOFO/FOBO break reports and trade-related issues across all cash products
  • Manage and resolve trade exceptions, allocations, settlement issues, fails, and reconciliation of repurchase agreements
  • Review daily activity between brokers and custodians
  • Function as liaison between Banking, Trading, Sales, and other groups (Product Control, Operations, Market Risk)
  • Create and maintain analytical reports for Operations Management
