Extensive product knowledge

Knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures
Part-time availability of 24-30 hours per week, with a minimum of 3-day availability
Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift up to 30 pounds, and possess close vision

Responsibilities

Support best-in-class customer service
Meet store and metric goals
Ensure brand mission is brought to life for every customer
Provide assistance to Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed
Assist with inventory and stock management
Accurately process Point of Sale transactions
Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best-in-class customer service
Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere
Consistently act within the core values of rag & bone
