The Sales Representative will build and grow relationships with retailers, identify new business opportunities, and represent Columbia at trade shows. They will also conduct store visits, coach in-store staff, track performance, suggest replenishment strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and champion the Columbia brand through activations and storytelling.
