Demonstrated sales leadership results

Professional sales experience and/or a dental/healthcare background (experience in healthcare and beauty care product sales or qualified as a Registered Dental Hygienist preferred but not required)
Minimum of a bachelor's degree
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel on the job
Reside in or willing to personally relocate to the territory (Albuquerque or Rio Rancho area ideal; includes New Mexico and El Paso, TX; no full financial relocation assistance)
Responsibilities
Represent Crest, Oral-B, and Procter & Gamble to Dental Health Professionals as the critical first point of contact in the field
Drive usage and recommendation of products amongst Dental Health Professionals in assigned territory
Collaborate with manager to develop/implement strategies and business plans that deliver sales and volume targets
Develop expertise in product knowledge, persuasive selling, and technical support
