Requirements

  • Permanent authorisation to work in Germany (no sponsorship provided)
  • Penultimate year of university, graduating in 2027 (must be clear on CV)
  • Ability to work full-time over the summer of 2026 (June/July-Aug/Sept)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work as part of a diverse team and provide innovative ideas, including working with a range of stakeholders
  • Self-directed, collaborative, highly organized, and a creative problem solver
  • Ability to build networks and foster relationships between clients and Visa
  • Familiarity with the payment landscape and keen interest in learning how to work with partners (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support Key Account Manager and team in driving sales and marketing activities to develop business with dedicated customers (e.g., banks or partners) in Germany
  • Manage independent projects across business areas including Product Management, Finance, and Marketing
  • Work with large external clients to deliver projects
  • Provide day-to-day support and execution of initiatives for clients
  • Research industry trends and understand client needs to develop enhanced solutions
  • Conduct reporting and analysis
  • Proactively provide continuous feedback for improving existing processes and activities affecting the Account Team and clients
  • Develop collaboration, negotiation, influencing, and consulting skills
  • Experience how Visa develops and markets products to promote technologies to clients
  • Participate in business-as-usual tasks, end-to-end project, trainings, global social impact case challenge, and Visa Executive Speaker Series
