Requirements

The Account Executive should be a skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls, analyzing prospects’ needs to qualify an opportunity. They must be proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions, comparing them to competitors such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a virtual team are also required.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis, effectively addressing customer and partner inquiries with tailored solutions. They will develop business plans aligned with their territory, strategically engage with customers and partners, collaborate with marketing, pursue leads, lead technical resources, follow up with customers post-sale, own the sales cycle, and foster a deep understanding of the territory and competitive landscape. They will also initiate and manage discussions across all levels of a customer’s organization and utilize channel management tools.
